Federal Contracts Company Announces Rusty Pugh as President

Rusty brings more than 30 years of experience in equipment solutions and government contracting to his new role. Prior to joining FCC, he most recently oversaw Kubota Tractor Corporation’s government business. Earlier in his career, he held several leadership positions with Genie/Terex Corporation, where he established the company’s first government programs supporting both federal and cooperative purchasing contracts.
Rusty is a member of the Association of the United States Army and the American Public Works Association. He graduated summa cum laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a concentration in Public Relations, earning the Distinguished Scholar Award for achieving the highest GPA in his program. He also holds Duke University certifications in Financial Planning and Control and Innovation and Creativity in Teams and Organizations, and currently serves on the advisory panel for the University of Houston C.T. Bauer College of Business Customer Experience Certificate.
As President, Rusty will lead Federal Contracts Company with a continued focus on delivering innovative government contracting solutions, strengthening strategic partnerships, and providing exceptional service to customers across the public sector.
